Serving Troy, MI

The Subaru WRX is proof that you do not have to sacrifice robust power and inspirational performance capabilities when you choose to drive a smaller car. The 2020 WRX is included in the model’s third generation, and it reflects the significant evolution that has taken place since the WRX was initially released in 1992. At Suburban Subaru, our sales associates are excited by all that the new WRX brings to the table, and we are eager to share its abilities with you through a test drive.

Several trims are available for you to choose from for the 2020 model year, and all are designed to deliver incredible performance. The lower trims are outfitted with a BOXER 2.0-liter turbocharged engine and a 6-speed manual or Lineartronic transmission. This entry-level powertrain delivers 268 horsepower. The higher trim levels for the 2020 WRX are equipped BOXER 2.5-liter turbocharged engine. This is only paired with a Lineartronic transmission, and it provides you with 310 horsepower. Additional performance-based equipment includes Intelligent Drive, paddle shifters, power steering, brake assist, 4-wheel anti-lock brakes, and other equipment.

From front to rear, the WRX inspires excitement with its sporty façade. While the exterior is mostly unchanged between the 2019 and 2020 model years, the 2020 WRX STI has subtle improvements that give it a more athletic edge. This includes redesigned bumpers. For all 2020 trims, welcome lighting is now standard. Regardless of the model year and trim that you take home, your new WRX has an aerodynamic profile with a steep angle down the hood. The hood vent gives the car a muscular edge, and this is boosted by a beefy lower fascia and dominant headlights. The exterior also includes quad chrome exhaust tips, a shark-fin antenna, fog lamps, and other gear.

The features in the 2019 WRX carry forward to the 2020 model year mostly unchanged. Across all five trims, you may find standard or optional equipment like Recaro seating, StarLink, a collapsible steering column, engine immobilization, power adjustments in the front row, an advanced airbag system, LATCH child seat anchors, a Harman Kardon sound system, an anti-theft system, up to a 7-inch media display screen, electronic cruise control, USB ports, a sunroof, a navigation system and other desired features.

At Suburban Subaru, we want each of our customers to drive home in a new car that they can appreciate for many years. With so many variations between the trims in the 2019 and 2020 WRX, the next natural step in your car shopping process is to stop by Suburban Subaru soon for a road test.
